The position involves developing and supporting Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and making efforts to meet Membership goals. The role also includes maintaining the safety of the Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, conducting safety sweeps, and reporting unsafe situations to Management. Additionally, the position requires fulfilling Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders, ensuring the accuracy of orders and invoices, and providing Member service by acknowledging their needs and assisting with purchasing decisions. The candidate will also be expected to comply with company policies and standards of ethics and integrity, respect individual differences, and act with integrity while serving customers and members.
