About The Position
The position involves developing and supporting Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and making efforts to meet Membership goals. The role also includes maintaining the safety of the Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, conducting safety sweeps, and handling hazardous materials properly. Additionally, the position requires fulfilling Member orders by reviewing, pulling, scanning, wrapping, and palletizing items, ensuring order accuracy, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise. The role emphasizes providing excellent Member service, complying with company policies, and fostering a culture of respect and integrity.
