About The Position
The position involves developing and supporting Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and making efforts to meet Membership goals. The role also includes maintaining the safety of the Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, conducting safety sweeps, and handling hazardous materials properly. Additionally, the position requires fulfilling Member orders by reviewing, pulling, scanning, wrapping, and palletizing items, ensuring order accuracy, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise. The candidate will complete work assignments by collaborating with managers, coworkers, and customers, identifying priorities, and adapting to change. Providing Member service is crucial, which includes acknowledging Members, assisting with purchasing decisions, and resolving issues. The role emphasizes compliance with company policies and standards of ethics and integrity, fostering a culture of belonging, and supporting the company's goals.
