About The Position

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to complete all job-required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period.

Responsibilities

• Assist management with the supervision of associates by assigning duties and communicating goals.
• Train associates on processes and procedures.

• Conduct safety sweeps and follow procedures for handling hazardous materials.
• Oversee operations of ecommerce programs and resolve customer complaints.

• Execute the Sam's Club Pickup plan and ensure orders are fulfilled correctly.
• Maintain the sales floor and merchandise presentation.
• Develop and implement processes to meet business needs.
• Promote compliance with company policies and standards of ethics.
