About The Position

The position involves assisting management with the supervision of associates in the assigned area of responsibility. This includes assigning duties, communicating goals and feedback, training associates on processes and procedures, and providing direction on member service approaches to ensure member complaints are resolved according to company guidelines. The role also requires maintaining safety in the facility, supporting the Sam's Club ecommerce plan, supervising associates, executing the Sam's Club Pickup plan, providing member service, and ensuring maintenance of the sales floor and merchandise presentation. Additionally, the position involves developing and implementing processes to meet business needs, promoting compliance with company policies, and leading teams to achieve business priorities.
