Responsibilities

• Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, and assisting with purchasing decisions.
• Maintain merchandise presentation by stocking, cleaning, and organizing product displays.
• Handle claims and returns, zone the area, and identify shrink and damages in the Optical area.
• Receive and stock merchandise, and maintain the Optical area according to company procedures.
• Operate cash registers and related equipment, processing member purchases and assisting with payments, returns, and exchanges.
• Sell Optical products and services, assisting members with eyewear/contact lens orders and verifying prescription information.
