About The Position
The position involves providing member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting the company's products and services. The role also includes maintaining merchandise presentation by stocking, setting up, cleaning, and organizing product displays, as well as handling claims and returns in the Optical area. Responsibilities extend to receiving and stocking merchandise, operating cash registers, processing member purchases, and assisting with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges. Additionally, the position requires selling Optical products and services, measuring and adjusting frames and lenses, and performing optometric pre-tests.
