About The Position
Join our dynamic team as a Pharmacy Operations Manager at Walmart's Central Fill Campus in Orlando, FL. This is a unique opportunity to lead and optimize pharmacy operations, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. If you are passionate about driving operational excellence and enhancing patient satisfaction, this role is perfect for you. This position requires onsite presence and does not offer remote work options. Candidates must be available to work a rotating schedule which will periodically include working Sundays and Saturdays. Candidate must be flexible to work outside rotation/shift with advance notice as needed for training and/or business operational needs. Our Central Fill Pharmacy team is dedicated to supporting Walmart's mission by ensuring timely and accurate prescription fulfillment. We focus on improving operational efficiencies, maintaining compliance with all regulations, and delivering outstanding customer service. As a Pharmacy Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in achieving these goals and contributing to the overall success of our pharmacy operations.
