About The Position

The position involves initiating, directing, and participating in community outreach programs, encouraging associates and managers to serve as good members of the community. This includes establishing and maintaining relationships with key individuals or groups in the community, representing the company to various external organizations, and championing company-sponsored programs, events, and sustainability efforts. The role ensures compliance with company policies and procedures, holding hourly associates accountable, analyzing reports, implementing asset protection and safety controls, and maintaining quality assurance standards. Additionally, it involves providing supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates, modeling exceptional customer service standards, and assisting the store manager in driving financial performance by reviewing profit and loss statements and controlling expenses. Requirements

  • 2 years of college; OR 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience; OR 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.
  • Ability to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments.
