About The Position

The position involves initiating, directing, and participating in community outreach programs, encouraging associates and managers to serve as good members of the community. This includes establishing and maintaining relationships with key individuals or groups in the community, representing the company to various external organizations, and championing company-sponsored programs, events, and sustainability efforts. The role also ensures compliance with company policies and procedures, holding hourly associates accountable, analyzing reports, implementing asset protection and safety controls, and maintaining quality assurance standards. Additionally, the position provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates, models exceptional customer service standards, assists in driving financial performance, and coordinates job-related activities to meet customer and business needs.

Requirements

  • 2 years of college; OR 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR 2 years' general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience.
  • Ability to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities
