About The Position

The position involves initiating, directing, and participating in community outreach programs, encouraging associates and managers to serve as good members of the community. This includes establishing and maintaining relationships with key individuals or groups, representing the company to various external organizations, and championing company-sponsored programs, events, and sustainability efforts. The role ensures compliance with company policies and procedures, holding associates accountable, analyzing reports, implementing safety controls, and maintaining quality assurance standards. Requirements

  • 2 years of college; OR 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR 2 years of general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience.
  • Associates must attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments.

  • Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership.
  • General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate and direct community outreach programs.

  • Supervise and develop hourly associates by hiring, training, and mentoring.
  • Model and demonstrate exceptional customer service standards.
  • Assist store manager in driving financial performance.
  • Review and evaluate Profit and Loss statements.
  • Control expenses to ensure they are indexed to sales.
  • Coordinate job-related activities and assignments.
  • Support plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs.
  • Promote continuous learning and adaptability.
