About The Position

The position involves initiating, directing, and participating in community outreach programs, encouraging associates and managers to serve as good members of the community. This includes establishing and maintaining relationships with key individuals or groups in the community, representing the company to various external organizations, and championing company-sponsored programs, events, and sustainability efforts. The role ensures compliance with company policies and procedures by holding hourly associates accountable, analyzing and interpreting reports, implementing and monitoring asset protection and safety controls, and maintaining quality assurance standards. Additionally, it involves overseeing safety and operational reviews, developing and implementing action plans to correct deficiencies, and providing direction and guidance on executing company programs and strategic initiatives. The position also includes providing supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates, managing customer service standards, assisting in driving financial performance, and coordinating job-related activities.

Requirements

  • 2 years of college; OR 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR 2 years of general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience.
  • Ability to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments.
