  • 3 years experience in an operations/distribution/supply chain/retail environment.

  • 3 years experience in a supply chain environment.

Responsibilities

  • Execute systematic methods for effectively operating and upgrading assets.
  • Implement inventory procedures and software tools for inventory management.
  • Create status and management reports, such as exceptions or on-demand materials.
  • Record the acquisition of sales and the disposal of supply chain related assets.
  • Leverage data to determine root causes and apply information to find solutions.
  • Identify and propose ways to automate/improve existing processes with technology.
  • Manage scheduling and reporting of fleet while considering seasonality and contingencies.
  • Monitor processes to address issues and support safety and compliance needs.
  • Analyze capacity of distribution systems and ensure optimal vehicle utilization.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to implement innovative ideas and monitor supplier performance.
