About The Position

The position involves communicating with individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing, including customers, suppliers, and associates. The role requires driving and implementing the business plan for the area of responsibility to achieve facility goals such as production, quality, and safety, while also implementing operational improvements. Responsibilities include forecasting staffing, workload, and performance results to meet business demands, preparing and analyzing business reports to identify operational improvements, and ensuring compliance with logistics and company quality and safety standards. The position also involves supervising and managing associates and leaders, providing direction, monitoring performance, and identifying training and development needs.
