About The Position
The position involves assisting management with the supervision of associates in the assigned area of responsibility. This includes assigning duties, communicating goals and feedback, training associates on processes and procedures, and providing direction on member service approaches. The role also entails ensuring compliance with company policies, supporting the Open Door Policy, and participating in recruiting, hiring, scheduling, promoting, coaching, and evaluating associates. Additionally, the position requires communicating and supporting membership by providing information on membership types, processing memberships, and participating in sales and marketing events. The role also focuses on providing member service, overseeing the assigned area, completing accounting records, and developing processes to meet business needs. Compliance with company policies and leading teams are also key responsibilities.
