About The Position
The position involves assisting management with the supervision of associates in the assigned area of responsibility. This includes assigning duties, communicating goals and feedback, training associates on processes and procedures, and providing direction on member service approaches to ensure member complaints are resolved according to company guidelines. The role also involves supporting the Open Door Policy, participating in recruiting, hiring, scheduling, promoting, coaching, and evaluating associates. Additionally, the position requires communicating and supporting membership by providing information on membership types, processing memberships, and encouraging renewals. The associate will oversee the assigned area by handling claims and returns, organizing merchandise, and maintaining cleanliness. The role also includes completing accounting records, developing processes to meet business needs, and ensuring compliance with company policies and standards of ethics and integrity. The associate will lead and participate in teams, embrace diversity, and promote a culture of belonging.
