Responsibilities

• Maintain area of responsibility by handling returns, zoning, organizing merchandise, and identifying shrink and damages.
• Provide member service by maintaining exit areas, reviewing member receipts, and assisting members with purchasing decisions.
• Assist members with transactions in the self-checkout area, resolving issues, and processing purchases according to company policies.
• Secure and safeguard company assets by observing potential criminal activity and executing emergency response procedures.
• Train Member Frontline Service associates on company processes and new technology.
• Comply with company policies and standards of ethics and integrity in executing business processes.
• Complete work assignments by collaborating with managers, co-workers, and customers, and adapting to changes.
