Additionally, the position requires maintaining the self-checkout area, resolving member issues, promoting Sam's Club products and services, and assisting members with transactions. The associate will also assist in securing and safeguarding Sam's Club assets by observing and communicating potential criminal activity, maintaining paperwork logs, and executing emergency response procedures. Training of Member Frontline Service associates on company processes and procedures is also a key responsibility, along with complying with company policies and standards of ethics and integrity.
