About The Position

The position involves ensuring the area of responsibility is maintained in accordance with company policies and procedures. This includes handling returns, zoning the area, arranging and organizing merchandise, and identifying shrink and damages. The role also focuses on providing member service by maintaining exit areas, reviewing member receipts, acknowledging members, and assisting them with purchasing decisions and locating merchandise. Additionally, the position requires maintaining the self-checkout area, resolving member issues, promoting Sam's Club products and services, and assisting members with transactions. The associate will also assist in securing and safeguarding Sam's Club assets by observing potential criminal activity, maintaining documentation, and executing emergency response procedures. Training of Member Frontline Service associates on company processes and procedures is also a key responsibility, along with complying with company policies and standards of ethics and integrity.

Requirements

  • Customer service experience.
  • Retail experience including operating front end equipment (e.g., cash register).
  • Experience working with mobile retail applications.

  • Implement action plans using the Open Door Policy.
  • Complete work assignments and priorities by collaborating with managers and coworkers.
