About The Position
The position involves ensuring the area of responsibility is maintained in accordance with Company policies and procedures by properly handling returns, zoning the area, arranging and organizing merchandise, and identifying shrink and damages. The role also includes providing member service by maintaining exit areas, reviewing member receipts, acknowledging members, and assisting them with purchasing decisions and locating merchandise. Additionally, the position requires maintaining the self-checkout area, resolving member issues, promoting Sam's Club products, and processing member purchases according to company policies. The associate will assist in securing and safeguarding Sam's Club assets by observing potential criminal activity and maintaining required documentation. Training of Member Frontline Service associates on company processes and procedures is also part of the role, along with complying with company policies and completing work assignments effectively.
