About The Position

The position involves completing work assignments and priorities by utilizing policies, data, and resources while collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners. Responsibilities include identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations, carrying out tasks, communicating progress, and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities. Additionally, the position manages freight flow by moving and loading freight manually and with powered equipment, such as single and double pallet jacks, and involves identifying, counting, separating, combining, and scanning freight using warehouse management systems and maintaining records. Compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity is essential, as is maintaining an organized work area and monitoring freight for cold-chain and species compliance.
