About The Position

Join Walmart's dynamic team as a Production System Manager at our NSO Central Fill Campus in Rogers, Arkansas! The Central Fill Pharmacy team operates at the heart of automation and efficiency, processing prescriptions for multiple retail locations. Our purpose is to enable retail pharmacies to focus on patient care by handling backend operations. As an Area Coach, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing processes and ensuring the seamless operation of our pharmacy services. Will work 4 days x 10 hours / Sunday - Saturday coverage Shifts Available: 1st - Availability Needed - 6am - 6pm.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in production management and scheduling.
  • Strong analytical skills to review productivity and performance data.
  • Excellent leadership skills with a track record of coaching and developing teams.
  • Ability to establish and implement standard operating procedures.
  • Experience in budget management and cost-saving initiatives.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of production processes, lean principles, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software, with the ability to use technology to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and schedule daily production to ensure efficiency and safety.
  • Interact with Production Support teams and Team Leaders to optimize flow and throughput.
  • Establish and enforce standard operating procedures and ensure team training.
  • Monitor and analyze productivity reports and key performance indicators.
  • Provide direction, support, and coaching to Team Leaders.
