  • Develop and implement comprehensive learning and development strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and design effective instructional programs.
  • Oversee the creation and delivery of engaging learning content that enhances employee skills and performance.
  • Manage performance management initiatives to support continuous development and career growth.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through data analysis and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of learning projects and initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of ongoing learning by promoting best practices and innovative development solutions.
  • Research new technologies and implement AI to improve workflow process, and enhance user experiences.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Education, or related field and 2 years' experience in adult learning, training content development, or related area OR 4 years' experience in adult learning, training content development, or related area.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing learning and development strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and levels.
  • Expertise in instructional design and content development to create engaging and impactful learning programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage performance improvement initiatives and measure learning outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide and motivate teams toward continuous development.
  • Ability to analyze training needs and apply best practices to enhance employee skills and organizational effectiveness.
  • Express curiosity about new technologies and ways to incorporate or use AI.
