We're looking for an experienced Demand Generation Manager to activate and manage integrated marketing programs that drive qualified seller acquisition at scale. This role is responsible for launching and optimizing full-funnel demand generation campaigns, developing account-based and ICP-targeted marketing initiatives, and supporting solution adoption through focused enablement programs. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Digital Marketing, this person will be activation-focused, owning day-to-day campaign execution while making data-informed recommendations to optimize performance and support business goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field and 2 years' experience in marketing or related field OR 4 years' experience in marketing or related field.
  • 3-7+ years of hands-on experience in demand generation or digital campaign execution, ideally in B2B or marketplace environments.
  • Fluent in performance metrics, reporting tools, and data analysis to drive optimization decisions.
  • Experience activating account-based and ICP-targeted campaigns using platforms like LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, 6Sense or similar.
  • Comfortable managing budgets, optimizing spend, and forecasting campaign performance.
  • Worked closely with cross-functional teams to execute go-to-market plans and solutions enablement programs.
  • Detail-oriented, thrive in fast-paced environments, and love solving problems with a data-first mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Launching and managing demand generation campaigns across channels such as paid search, paid social, email, webinars and offline.
  • Driving activation for account-based and ICP-based marketing programs in alignment with sales and business development priorities.
  • Supporting solutions marketing efforts to increase adoption of seller tools and services (e.g., Walmart fulfillment Services, etc…).
  • Applying a growth hacking mentality—experimenting with unconventional tactics, rapid testing, and creative execution to identify new sources of growth.
  • Collaborating with channel owners, creative, and content teams to execute campaigns that drive measurable results across the funnel.
  • Analyzing performance data to uncover insights, make informed optimizations, and support growth opportunities.
  • Creating campaign performance reports, dashboards, and executive summaries to track progress against KPIs (e.g., MQLs, SQLs, CPL, ROAS).
  • Managing campaign budgets, tracking spend, and ensuring efficient use of marketing dollars.
  • Partnering with sales, product marketing, and GTM teams to ensure campaigns align with key initiatives and support pipeline objectives.
