About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Manager, Creative - Video Production Specialist to join our Creative team within Walmart Store Operations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in all aspects of video production—from concept development and script writing, to filming, editing, and post-production. This role requires a strong eye for storytelling, technical proficiency, and the ability to produce engaging video content that aligns with our brand and objectives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in video production (portfolio required).
• Ability to plan, storyboard, and script video content tailored to different platforms and audiences.
• Impactful storytelling, visual composition, and creative skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
• Strong technical skills in filming, lighting, and sound.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid organization skills to manage video asset libraries and media storage.
• A good understanding of equipment, resources, and budgets.
• Comfort in working independently and managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Design, Communications, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of professional video production and editing experience.
