  • Develops, communicates, and implements processes and practices to meet business needs.
  • Promotes compliance with company policies and standards of ethics and integrity.
  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • 2 years of experience repairing, maintaining, and diagnosing mechanical or electrical equipment in an industrial setting.
  • 1 year's experience working with blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals.
  • Completion of coursework in General Print Reading, Introduction to Electronics, Introduction to Electricity, Centrifugal and Positive Displacement Pumps, Fundamentals of Digital Electronics.
  • Industrial Maintenance Certification.
  • OSHA 10 Certification.
  • Experience repairing/maintaining optical, pharmaceutical, mechanical, or electrical equipment.
