The Maintenance Technician assists other technicians in the repair and maintenance of equipment, cleans and maintains equipment tools and work areas, and completes work orders, records, logs, and other written or computer-based documents according to established procedures. The role involves maintaining and repairing building facilities, including plumbing, construction, and painting. The technician operates material handling equipment, battery equipment, moving machinery, and other powered equipment. They assist in the usage and disposal of hazardous materials and waste, perform preventive and basic maintenance and repairs on various equipment, and comply with company policies and procedures. The technician is expected to collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners to complete work assignments and priorities, while also fostering a culture of respect, integrity, and excellence.
