About The Position

The position involves managing the HR office's daily administrative functions, including benefits, hiring, transfers, terminations, and payroll. The role requires implementing the business plan for the area of responsibility by communicating goals, managing staffing and scheduling, and ensuring associates complete required training to achieve facility goals. The individual will supervise and develop associates and leaders, manage training programs, and ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures. The position emphasizes building high-performing teams, fostering a culture of belonging, and maintaining the highest standards of integrity and ethics.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and 1 year's supervisory experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field OR 2 years' Walmart Logistics management experience OR 2 years' supervisory experience, including 1 year's experience managing human resource processes OR 1 year's Walmart Stores, Inc. Human Resources experience.
  • Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments.

  • Ensure compliance with company HR policies by managing the accuracy and confidentiality of HR documents.
  • Maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring associates are trained on company policies and procedures.
  • Identify and address associate, customer, and supplier concerns.
  • Supervise and develop associates and leaders by monitoring performance and providing feedback.
  • Manage and coordinate training for associates and management.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to support business needs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and support the company mission and values.
