About The Position

The position involves managing the HR office's daily administrative functions, including benefits, hiring, transfers, terminations, and payroll. The role requires implementing the business plan for the area of responsibility by communicating goals, managing staffing and scheduling, and ensuring associates complete required training to achieve facility goals. The individual will also ensure compliance with company HR policies, maintain quality and safety standards, supervise and develop associates, and coordinate training activities. The position emphasizes building high-performing teams, fostering a culture of belonging, and acting with integrity while serving customers and members.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and 1 year's supervisory experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field OR 2 years' Walmart Logistics management experience OR 2 years' supervisory experience, including 1 year's experience managing human resource processes OR 1 year's Walmart Stores, Inc. Human Resources experience.
  • Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments.
