The position involves communicating with individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing, including customers, suppliers, and associates. Daily administrative functions of the HR office will be managed, including benefits, hiring/transfers, terminations, and payroll. The position also involves ensuring compliance with company HR policies, maintaining HR documents, and addressing employment-related concerns. Quality and safety standards must be maintained by training associates on company policies and monitoring compliance. The role includes supervising and developing associates, managing training for Distribution and/or Transportation associates, and coordinating job-related activities. The position supports company policies and values, ensuring ethical practices and diversity awareness.
