The position involves facilitating the implementation and support of SAP Quality Management. The role requires performing detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and providing appropriate system solutions. This includes identifying, interpreting, validating, and documenting customer requirements, as well as facilitating workshops to collect business requirements. The candidate will map client business requirements, processes, and objectives, and develop necessary product modifications to satisfy client needs. Additionally, the role involves designing, customizing, configuring, and testing the module, identifying gaps and issues, and acting as a liaison with clients for troubleshooting and problem-solving. The candidate will also handle changes or emergency transports for high-priority issues, document functional designs, test cases, and results, and proactively identify and propose business process or system enhancements. Consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects will be provided, along with ad-hoc training and user support as required. The candidate is expected to work self-directed and independently, and may act as a subject matter mentor to more junior members.
