About The Position

The position involves compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans and applying these in executing business processes and practices. The role requires operating a forklift safely, managing inventory flow, providing member service, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring proper merchandising presentation. The employee will also assist with club pick up orders and handle inventory management, including tracking goods and maintaining in-stock levels. Requirements

• 90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification.
• Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
• Operates forklift safely and according to company standards.
• Completes work assignments and priorities by collaborating with managers and co-workers.
• Receives, stocks, and organizes merchandise and supplies.
• Provides member service by assisting with purchasing decisions and resolving issues.
• Maintains safety of the facility by conducting safety sweeps and following safety procedures.
• Maintains sales floor and merchandising presentation according to company policies.
• Ensures club pick up orders are filled and staged properly.
• Tracks goods and maintains in-stock levels.
• Reports poor inventory practices and unsafe conditions.
