The position involves compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans and applying these in executing business processes and practices. The role requires operating a forklift safely, managing inventory flow, providing member service, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring proper merchandising presentation. The employee will also assist with club pick-up orders and must demonstrate customer/member-centered service, effective judgment, planning and improvement, communication, execution and results, ethical standards, adaptability, inventory management, forklift operation, and technology assistance.
