About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Generative AI Engineer to design and implement intelligent systems using cutting-edge GenAI frameworks. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Python, LangChain, LangGraph, AI agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Model Customization Personalization (MCP). You will be responsible for building scalable, modular, and context-aware AI solutions that drive innovation across our enterprise platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in AIML engineering, with hands-on expertise in GenAI technologies.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate).
• Strong understanding of AI agent frameworks and orchestration strategies.
• Experience implementing RAG architectures and integrating external knowledge sources.
• Familiarity with MCP techniques, including prompt tuning, LoRA, and adapter-based fine-tuning.
• Experience with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, HuggingFace models).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop modular GenAI workflows using LangChain and LangGraph to orchestrate complex reasoning and task execution.
• Build and deploy autonomous AI agents capable of multi-step reasoning, tool usage, and dynamic decision-making.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems using vector databases and retrievers to enhance contextual relevance and accuracy.
• Fine-tune and personalize foundation models using prompt engineering, adapters, and other MCP techniques to align with business-specific use cases.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate GenAI solutions into existing applications and services.
• Monitor and optimize model performance, latency, and reliability across various environments.
• Ensure responsible AI practices, including data privacy, model integrity, and compliance with internal and external standards.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in GenAI, LLMs, and agentic frameworks to continuously improve solution capabilities.
