This includes hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, evaluating performance, providing recognition, and promoting a belonging mindset in the workplace. The role upholds the Company's Open Door Policy by meeting with Associates, listening to concerns, researching issues, reviewing Company policies and procedures, and providing resolutions for Associates. It also involves ensuring compliance with Company policies and procedures, holding hourly Associates and managers accountable, analyzing reports, implementing safety controls, maintaining quality assurance standards, and overseeing safety and operational reviews. Additionally, the position initiates and participates in community outreach programs, drives financial performance, models customer service approaches, and ensures effective merchandise presentation.
