About The Position
The position involves providing supervision and development opportunities for management and hourly Associates in the Facility. Responsibilities include hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, evaluating performance, providing recognition, and ensuring diversity awareness. The role upholds the Company's Open Door Policy by meeting with Associates, listening to concerns, researching issues, reviewing Company policies and procedures, and providing resolutions. It ensures compliance with Company policies by holding Associates and managers accountable, analyzing reports, implementing safety controls, and maintaining quality assurance standards. The position also involves initiating community outreach programs, driving financial performance, ensuring effective merchandise presentation, and modeling customer service approaches.
