The Digital Coach at Walmart is responsible for leading and developing store teams by providing training, guidance, and support to associates. This role emphasizes exceptional customer service, financial performance, and operational excellence while fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. The Digital Coach will implement business solutions, manage customer service initiatives, and ensure compliance with company policies, all while driving continuous improvement and adapting to change.

  • Lead and develop teams by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates.
  • Tour stores and provide feedback to improve operations.
  • Communicate and collaborate with associates regarding store operations and business initiatives.
  • Model and demonstrate exceptional customer service standards to store associates.
  • Manage and support customer service initiatives and resolve customer complaints.
  • Drive financial performance by reviewing P&L statements and managing budgets.
  • Monitor merchandise presentation and inventory flow to achieve sales goals.
  • Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and support the company mission and values.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders to meet customer and business needs.
  • 2 years of college; OR 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR 2 years' general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience.
  • Successful completion of job-required trainings and assessments.
  • Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.
  • Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.
  • General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports.
