About The Position

The position requires a highly skilled CRM Developer with extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. The candidate should be proficient in Dynamics CRM entities, workflows, configurations, customization development, and integrations development. A strong background in core .NET technologies, including WCF, SSIS, SSRS, and SQL Server, is essential. The role involves working on deployment aspects and requires experience in at least two implementation projects as a CRM Developer. The candidate should also have experience integrating CRM systems using web services (REST/SOAP) and messaging systems like NServiceBus. Familiarity with Insurance CRM and a solid understanding of CRM Sales and Service processes are important. The ideal candidate will have expertise in writing Plug Ins, Workflows, business process flows, and custom scripts, along with knowledge of best practices and guidelines for design and development in CRM 2013/2015. Hands-on experience with Agile development methodologies is also required. Strong communication and articulation skills are necessary for this role.
