About The Position

This position involves participating in the full ServiceNow implementation lifecycle, which includes requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment. The role requires designing and configuring various ServiceNow modules such as ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change Management), ITOM, HRSD, and others based on business needs. Additionally, the candidate will develop integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, and other relevant technologies. The position also entails implementing workflows, business rules, and automation to streamline processes and improve user experience. Close collaboration with IT teams, business stakeholders, and other ServiceNow professionals is essential to align solutions with organizational goals. Post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform are also key responsibilities. The candidate will be expected to create and maintain comprehensive documentation for processes, configurations, and solutions, ensuring that best practices and ITIL frameworks are followed. Furthermore, the role includes assisting with upgrades, patches, and new releases to ensure platform stability and enhancement of functionality, as well as providing training and support to end users and junior team members as needed.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience with ServiceNow implementation and configuration.
