About The Position

The role involves managing the end-to-end release management process for Salesforce environments using Copado. This includes planning and executing release cycles, managing deployments, and ensuring successful, error-free releases. The position requires collaboration with developers and QA teams, as well as the administration of Copado for managing Salesforce releases. The candidate will also be responsible for monitoring deployment issues, implementing change management processes, and managing Salesforce environments.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience with Salesforce and Copado.
• Strong understanding of release management processes and CICD pipelines.
• Experience in managing Salesforce environments and deployments.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end release management process for Salesforce environments using Copado.
• Plan and execute release cycles, including sandbox refreshes, production deployments, and emergency hotfixes.
• Implement and maintain CICD pipelines for continuous integration and delivery of Salesforce changes.
• Administer Copado for managing Salesforce releases, including setting up user permissions and creating pipelines.
• Monitor release processes and deployment issues, identifying root causes and resolving them.
• Implement and enforce strict change control processes to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Manage Salesforce environments including sandbox setup, data migration, and refresh scheduling.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth release process and maintain up-to-date release documentation.
• Continuously optimize the release process for better speed, reliability, and efficiency.
