About The Position

The position requires a highly skilled CRM Developer with extensive experience in Dynamics CRM and core .NET technologies. The candidate will be responsible for developing and customizing CRM solutions, integrating with various web services, and ensuring best practices in design and development. The role demands strong communication skills and the ability to work in an Agile environment.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in Dynamics CRM entities, workflows, configurations, and customization development.
• Strong knowledge of core .NET technologies including WCF, SSIS, SSRS, and SQL Server.
• Experience in deploying CRM solutions.
• At least 2 implementation projects as a CRM Developer.
• Experience integrating CRM using web services and messaging.
• Exposure to Insurance CRM.
• Good knowledge of CRM Sales and Service.
• Expertise in writing Plug Ins, Workflow, business process flows, and custom scripts.
• Knowledge of best practices for CRM 2013/2015.
• Hands-on experience with Agile development.
• Strong communication and articulation skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with additional CRM platforms.
• Familiarity with advanced CRM analytics and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Dynamics CRM entities, workflows, and configurations.
• Implement integrations using web services (REST/SOAP) and messaging (NServiceBus).
• Participate in deployment aspects of CRM solutions.
• Work on at least 2 implementation projects as a CRM Developer.
• Write Plug Ins, Workflow, business process flows, and custom scripts.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and guidelines for CRM design and development.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
