About The Position

The ideal candidate should have experience with SailPoint implementations (IdentityIQ or IdentityNow) to meet business requirements. This includes designing, developing, and deploying solutions, onboarding new applications, and defining access policies and integration plans. The role also involves writing custom code, automating workflows, and ensuring compliance with access control policies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy SailPoint implementations (IdentityIQ or IdentityNow) to meet business requirements.
• Onboard new applications into the SailPoint platform, defining access policies and integration plans.
• Write custom code, workflows, and integrations on the SailPoint platform to automate processes like user provisioning and deprovisioning.
• Implement and maintain workflows for identity lifecycle management, enhancing security and efficiency.
• Configure and enforce access control policies based on principles like role-based access control (RBAC) and least privilege.
• Perform and support regular access reviews and compliance audits to ensure adherence to policies and regulations.
• Conduct integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and system testing for new features and deployments.
• Provide ongoing support, debug issues, and troubleshoot problems within the SailPoint platform.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical specifications, process documents, and project documentation.
• Work with cross-functional teams, including IT and security, and interact with the SailPoint product vendor to resolve complex issues.
