  • Develop predictive models and machine learning algorithms to enhance customer experience.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define data requirements and objectives.
  • Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data science.
  • Bachelors degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (Masters preferred).
  • 4+ years of experience in data science or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks and data visualization tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Data science, machine learning, optimization models.
  • Master's degree in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Information Technology, Operations Research, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Econometrics.
  • Successful completion of one or more assessments in Python, Spark, Scala, or R.
  • Using open source frameworks (for example, scikit learn, tensorflow, torch).
  • Knowledge of accessibility best practices and implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards.
