About The Position

The position involves engaging with clients to understand their sales processes and identify their Salesforce Sales Cloud needs. The consultant will analyze client requirements and business challenges to recommend tailored Sales Cloud solutions. They will provide expertise on Sales Cloud functionality, features, and potential limitations, and design and present Salesforce solutions to stakeholders, clearly articulating the benefits and strategic fit. Collaboration with Salesforce developers and other IT professionals is essential to ensure accurate implementation of chosen solutions. The consultant will oversee the customization and configuration of Salesforce Sales Cloud to meet client specifications, conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to facilitate effective adoption of Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions, and provide ongoing support and advice to clients, including troubleshooting and optimization of Salesforce applications. Staying current with the latest Salesforce trends and innovations is crucial to provide informed recommendations. Additionally, the consultant will document all consultancy activities, including client interactions, recommendations made, and feedback received.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant, Business Analyst, or similar role in IT or software consulting.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce development and documentation, particularly with Sales Cloud.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce deployment and project lifecycle management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for client-facing interaction.
  • Ability to translate complex technical information into understandable terms for non-technical clients.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients or projects simultaneously.
