About The Position

As a Walmart associate, you will be responsible for various tasks including communicating with individuals or groups, ensuring sufficient quantities of merchandise for filling orders, maintaining freight quality, and organizing the warehouse. You will also be expected to respect individual differences, act with integrity, serve customers and members, and strive for excellence in your work. The position requires the use of power equipment and basic maintenance of that equipment.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with individuals or groups verbally and in writing.
• Ensure sufficient quantities of merchandise for filling orders by retrieving and placing freight on stocking shelves or conveyors.
• Maintain freight quality by inspecting freight for damage and misplacement.
• Complete production sheets and verify reports.
• Inspect and verify freight label information.
• Organize warehouse using power equipment.
• Provide basic maintenance to equipment.
