About The Position

The position involves leading and developing teams effectively by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates. Responsibilities include touring stores and providing feedback, communicating and collaborating with all levels of associates regarding store operations, and introducing and leading company change efforts. Requirements

  • 2 years of college; OR 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR 2 years of general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience.
  • Successful completion of a firearms-specific Criminal Background Check (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training may be required for facilities that sell firearms.
  • Attendance and successful completion of all job-required trainings and assessments.

  • General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure effective merchandise presentation and operational processes.
  • Develop and implement action plans to mitigate shrink and achieve sales goals.
  • Supervise and develop hourly associates by hiring, training, and mentoring.
  • Promote a belonging mindset in the workplace.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
