  • Successful completion of a firearms-specific Criminal Background Check and Firearms Authorized Training may be required for facilities that sell firearms.
  • Associates must complete all job-required trainings and assessments.
  • Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership.
  • Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership.
  • General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports.
