About The Position

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop teams by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates.
  • Tour stores and provide feedback to improve operations.
  • Communicate and collaborate with all levels of associates regarding store operations and business initiatives.
  • Model and demonstrate exceptional customer service standards to store associates.
  • Drive financial performance by reviewing and evaluating P&L statements and managing budgets.
  • Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates by hiring, training, and mentoring them.
  • Coordinate and oversee job-related activities and assignments by developing relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and support the company mission and values.
