Responsibilities

• Communicate and explain membership types, programs, and benefits to current and prospective members.
• Provide customer/member service by acknowledging needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, and resolving issues.
• Maintain the gas station/car wash area by cleaning, organizing, and ensuring accurate pricing signage.
• Handle claims and returns, zoning the area, and organizing merchandise/supplies in accordance with company policies.
• Receive and stock merchandise/supplies from distribution centers and suppliers.
• Operate cash registers and related tools to process customer purchases using appropriate procedures.
• Maintain gas station/car wash equipment and provide products and services to customers.
