About The Position
The position involves communicating and explaining Membership types, programs, and benefits to current and prospective Members to assist with account decisions, build Membership levels, encourage renewals, communicate credit card program types and application processes, and promote the value of Sam's Club products and services. The role also includes providing customer service by acknowledging the Customer/Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services while maintaining a safe shopping environment. Additionally, the employee will maintain the car wash and gas station area, ensuring cleanliness, accurate pricing signage, and compliance with company policies. Responsibilities also include receiving and stocking merchandise, operating equipment such as cash registers, and maintaining the Gas Station/Car Wash area equipment.
